Stats: 1 Month

Greyson's 1 month stats:

• 9 lbs 10 oz (that's a 30 oz gain since birth)
• Sleeping 4.5 hours at a time at night but doesn't put himself to sleep
• Daytime naps are still a challenge
• Exclusively breastfeeding and loving it
• Developmental milestones: smiling and beginning to focus
• Can almost hold his head up on his own
• Favorite activity: bath time 

What I learned from the first month:

• You go days at a time in a daze not sure when it will all start to feel normal. A successful day is one where you brush your teeth and put on a new set of pjs. You love so deeply that your heart breaks a little when you look at him. You love your husband more because of the way he loves the baby.  You pray harder than every before for the safety of this perfect little creature. It passes in a blur of cuddles and crying because if you remembered every detail I think everyone would be an only child.
